Shipping of orders containing live fish & inverts will be shipped on the Mondays – Wednesdays of each week.
Orders placed after Tuesday 11.59pm AEST will not be shipped until the following Monday. However, we will try to get the order out if we can.
If there is a preference of which day to ship out, please contact us regarding it. If not, we will try to get your order out as soon as possible.
For Sydney Metropolitan areas, we are able to ship live fish orders with our same day delivery courier. That is they will arrive on the same day that we dispatch.
Western Australian orders containing live fish will only be dispatched on the Monday of every week.
Dry goods will be shipped Monday-Friday.
